We're not taught to see with the heart, yet the instinct is there. Ask anyone to identify themselves and they point to their heart, not their head. The eyes of the heart offer a secret escape route from the prison of our brain-boxes. It is a way to connect directly with the essence of everything, with no interference from our limited "rational" vision. Your heart is part of the universe. If you listen to your heart, you hear the Voice of the Universe."

Today's message is inspired by Dery Dyer, author of the book: The Return of Collective Intelligence: Ancient Wisdom for a World out of Balance
Dery shares how Robert Wolff learned to find water in the Malaysian jungle by sensing with his heart instead of thinking with his mind. He stopped analyzing and suddenly felt a leaf-with-water, connected to a plant, connected to soil, connected to all living things — one blanket of life covering the earth. As he describes it: "I bathed in that overwhelming sense of oneness. I felt as if a light was lit deep inside me. I knew I was radiating something — love, perhaps." Today's invitation is to pause and let your heart look around. Are we creating or destroying the world given to us? Cross your hands over your heart and listen. What does the Voice of the Universe want you to see?
