Joy isn’t something we have to chase or manufacture. It’s already around us — in sunlight streaming through a window, in laughter shared, or even in the quiet comfort of simply breathing. When we shift our attention toward gratitude, we begin to see that life itself is offering us countless small invitations to smile.
 
The focus for today is:
I choose to notice and celebrate the joy that already surrounds me.
