01 30 art of resilience 249963 640

There is a wisdom within you that has always known how to heal. Perhaps you felt it as a child, in quiet moments when something inside you knew exactly what you needed. That knowing hasn't disappeared—it's been waiting for you to remember it. Today is an invitation to recall that your capacity for healing and transformation is not something you need to earn or learn from outside yourself. It is your birthright.

The focus for today is:
We can remember our future by reclaiming our Original Brilliance.

Today's message is inspired by Stephanie Mines, Ph.D., author of the book: The Secret of Resilience: Healing Personal and Planetary Trauma through Morphogenesis
Stephanie Mines shares her journey of discovering that "the innate capacity for resilience can be thwarted, but it cannot be destroyed." Her work reveals how we are biologically programmed for evolution, how our bodies hold the memory of healing, and how reclaiming authority for our own health and vitality is an act of profound personal empowerment. She reminds us that trauma survivors, who have fought with nothing and survived, carry accumulated wisdom of the highest value—wisdom that teaches us we can transform affliction into wholeness with our own hands, voices, and intelligence.

RELATED BOOK: The Secret of Resilience

After the Art of Compassion helped Stephanie Mines resolve her own trauma and awaken her innate resilience, she began to incorporate it into her clinical research. She discovered that the map of the body she learned from Burmeister sites correlated with the Chinese Extraordinary Meridians or Rivers of Splendor, which develop prenatally. She found that subtle touch on these sites in combination with trauma resolution amplifies neuroresilience, enhances creativity, restores motivation, and heals the fragmentation and disconnection associated with trauma and shock. Sharing her personal journey as a Wounded Healer, Stephanie reveals not only how to unlock the secrets of resilience for individual healing but also how embodied resilience will help us heal our wounded planet.
