Life often feels like a balancing act—too much work or too little rest, too much striving or not enough action, surrounded by chaos when we crave peace. We're told that success means sacrificing what we love for what pays the bills, that asking for help is weakness, that harmony is an impossible dream. But what if harmony isn't about perfection? What if it's simply about alignment—bringing our mind, body, emotions, and spirit into tune with each other and with our deepest truth?
The focus for today is:
When we remember that we are all one, that is how, and when, we live in perfect harmony.
Today's message is inspired by Marie T. Russell, founder of InnerSelf.com, with inspiration from the book: Ascension Cards: Accelerate Your Journey to the Light by Diana Cooper
Harmony begins with listening to what makes your heart sing and aligning your life with that inner truth. As Marie writes, "Our actions and our energy draw people to us that hold the same energies as we do." This means creating harmony starts with "cleaning up our own house... our own thoughts, energies, actions, and our heart." Whether facing challenges with calm and strength, choosing love over fear, or having the courage to live with integrity rather than playing expected roles, harmony comes when all parts of us support each other in tune with our highest vision.
